九州大学伊都キャンパスイースト2号館にて、本研究室が主催する初の国際ワークショップ「International Workshop on Sustainable Food Systems and Well-being」が開催されました。
本ワークショップは、JSTによる共創の場形成支援プログラムにおける九州大学昆虫科学拠点（育成型）プロジェクトの一貫として行われ、米国ペンシルベニア大学獣医学部、九州大学経済学部、農学部、工学部から約50名の教職員及び学生が参加し、教員4名及び大学院生・学部生3名の計7件の研究報告が行われました。
ワークショップの前後には、現場見学（福岡バイオフードリサイクル株式会社様／株式会社環境エイジェンシー様）や懇親会なども行われ、教職員及び学生間の貴重な異分野国際交流の機会となりました。
